Alexander Topsøe has directed this ad, which marks the fact that Carlsberg has bought the naming rights to the C-stand in the Danish football stadium Parken.
Agency &Co turned to Frame By Frame to produce the spot, who hired me to figure out the VFX.
We built a black miniature set and smashed dozens of bottles and balloons with beer and flour, to get a good library of splash and puff elements. I then simulated the breaking bottle in 3D, and blended the passes together.
I also had to re-create the truck bed in 3D, in order to get the proper reflections and contact shadows from the bottle.
